Appreciation:

Encouragement is an act that increases the effort, dedication and hard work of a man. I always like to encourage and always engross the people that whenever you engage small children in any work, keep encouraging them because they try to improve their work like this.

Encouragement, determination and good thoughts and the courage to move forward is born only when in some way or the other the practice of encouragement is repeated again and again because it is such an act that plays a basic role in the action of any human being.

Motivation:

Motivation is a word, using which you can increase the hard work, courage and passion of other people and by taking the example of other people, you can set to achieve their goals. Many people are oblivious to their destinations and if they are motivated, they set a target to be successful in their life, to achieve which they move forward using their hard work and proper use of time.

Especially young children, if they are motivated, they bring the best in their work and this practice brings success in their life.

I also apply encouragement to the children in one way or the other and also keep motivating them to move forward so that they can take themselves forward without wasting time in life and give their own responsibilities in a better way.

I organized a competition in the class in which the children who showed better work, were rewarded and encouraged because in this way other children also think about work hard and they also start working hard in increasing their ability.

When I started giving this award to the children, there was a wave of happiness among the children and the children who were top in that score were very happy and when they were called and rewarded, I found courage and spirit in them.

First of all, I gave a lecture for motivation among the children in which I told them some examples to work hard and move ahead and spend their life according to the time table.

Two or three of these children were such that they were able to show a good performancefor the first time and according to my opinion, it was only because of their encouragement and motivation.

If someone encourages children in the right way at all times, then they keep much spirit because only by encouraging children's encouragement, we can achieve better results.

In many students, when the boy who gets good position is called on the stage, a wave of happiness runs inside him and when he returns, then I think, the same emotion arises in him that the next time, he will also work better than this.

It is a student that due to his encouragement, he has joined that group of the children who achieve good positions in the class.

I have encouraged these children from today to day and have got to see the best spirits in them and I hope that these children have created intention that they will work with the spirit of hard work in whatever department they will have in their lives.

If you keep on giving these kind of rewards, you will see that you have your required results which will be easily achieved and in this way other people will also get to learn this practice.

Children are always encouraged in good institutions and when they are given with different targets, they easily achieve them and their hard work never ends in their whole lives.

We should never discourage the children because it destroys their spirit of hard work and they also work hopelessly.

At any stage of man's life, he can do better work with encouragement, so encouragement should always be done and people have spirits to move forward.

Children can also be motivated through stories and examples, so that children show interest in their work and try to move ahead in their goals.

If you give the example of successful people to children or the examples of their lives and hard work, then the children get inspired by them and start working hard..

For the best motivation, if you give the example of a successful personality, institute, doctor, engineer or political charity on the basis of daily life, to the children who have achieved great success by working hard and effortlessly in their lives, then children learn a lot from them.

For better work of any direction, if lecture is given to every meeting, class or staff, then it gives very good results and those people work in a friendly manner.

There are special motivation classes in universities, colleges, factories and great institutions, where you can learn a lot and bring a lot of changes in your life.

We belong to any department of life, we should use Motivational words because it increases the commitment to work and the spirit of hard work emerges in people, which can bring a lot of good change in life and people can prosper, and a developed society can be existed.

It is not necessary that every time reward should be given for the encouragement of children, if you encourage a child with words, that can also effect and results may be good.

Children can also be encouraged by clapping in front of others, if this is impossible, then a toffee can also be given to the child as a reward, but the child who shows good performance must be encouraged.
