Enjoy By Making Crispy Potatoes At Home
Sometimes I want to eat crispy things, so my effort is that whatever thing is eaten, it should be made in a clean environment at home so that no harm is done by it.
By eating fried things in a large amount, diseases arise and especially, there is a lot of damage to the liver, so sometimes such crispy things should be eaten.
Ingredients: 1 Four Potatoes 2 Salt (according to taste) 3 Green chilies 5-6 4 Onion 1 5 dry coriander 1 table spoon 6 Gram flour 200g 7 Cooking oil 400g 8 Fresh coriander (4-5)
To make crispy potatoes is not such a difficult task, you just have to take two or four potatoes and cut them into various shapes of your choice and then mix a little gram flour in it and if you want, add more onion, green chili, nutritious coriander, salt and chili, add a little water and mix it well.
Keep it for a while so that it mixes well and the salt and other spices are mixed well in the cut pieces of potato, after that you take oil according to the need, so that keep it on the fire and heat it well.
Crispy potatoes should be enjoyed hot, so if you have tea together, then it becomes double taste, if you are not fond of tea, then can take a cup of hot milk.
If served with tea to guests and friends, then it will be eaten with great pleasure because it is very crispy, it turns out to be a great taste giver and it can be made very easily by everyone in the house.
I ate these crispy potatoes with my family and enjoyed it very much. We love making these crispy dishes when the weather is colder.
